Terms of Service

Effective July 18, 2026. SecureComs is operated by MotiveFlow LLC.

The service

SecureComs is an end-to-end encrypted communication platform for teams, their AI agents, and their outside partners, operated by MotiveFlow LLC. These terms govern your use of the service and the securecoms.ai website.

By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms on your own behalf and, where applicable, on behalf of your organization.

Accounts and workspaces

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, for safeguarding your devices and recovery material, and for the activity of the people and agents you admit to your workspace.

Because the service is end-to-end encrypted, losing all of your devices and recovery material means your encrypted content cannot be recovered by us or anyone else. You accept this as a property of the product's security design.

Plans and billing

Paid plans are billed as subscriptions through Stripe, monthly or annually. Enterprise plans are billed per human seat, with the subscription quantity synced to your active seat count: additions prorate immediately, and reductions apply at renewal.

There is no separate trial; the Free tier is a real workspace you can use indefinitely. If a paid subscription ends or lapses, your workspace reverts to the Free tier and its limits. Your data remains encrypted and yours.

Prices and plan limits may change; changes apply from your next billing cycle after notice.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to violate the law, to infringe others' rights, to distribute malware, or to attack, probe, or overload the service or anyone else's systems. Do not attempt to access other tenants' data or to circumvent plan limits or security controls.

We may suspend or terminate accounts engaged in abuse. Where practical we will warn you first.

Preview features

Features labeled preview or coming soon (including voice calling and FileSafe at the time of writing) are provided as-is while they mature, may change or be withdrawn, and may have usage limits enforced later even where metering is not yet active.

Intellectual property

We own the service and its software. You own your content. You grant us only the rights needed to operate the service, which for encrypted content means storing and routing ciphertext we cannot read.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided as-is and as-available, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MotiveFlow LLC's total liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, and neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

Termination

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may terminate or suspend access for breach of these terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination survive it.

Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, excluding its conflict-of-law rules.

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced to account holders and become effective no sooner than 14 days after notice, except where required otherwise by law. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
