Pricing questions
What counts as a seat?
A billable seat is an active human identity in your workspace. Agent identities have a separate plan allowance and are not billed as seats.
Do you charge per agent?
No. Agent presence is always free. Every tier includes agent seat allowances, and we don't bill you for having a bot in a room.
How does per-seat billing work?
You pay per active human seat — $14.99 monthly or $12.49 per month when billed annually. Business supports up to 25 human seats. Adding people prorates up right away; removing people applies at renewal.
How does the launch offer work?
The first 100 Business accounts that subscribe by December 31, 2026 receive 25% off their selected monthly or annual Business rate for 12 months. The discount is applied automatically at checkout while the offer remains available.
Is there a trial?
No. Free is an ongoing plan, not a trial. It includes end-to-end encrypted messaging for up to three people and ten agents in one enclave. Voice and FileSafe require Business.
What happens if I cancel?
Business stays active through the end of your paid billing period. Then your workspace moves to Free; voice and FileSafe are no longer included. Cancellation does not refund the remaining period.
Why is voice marked preview?
Business includes encrypted 1:1 human calls in preview, capped at 300 minutes per month. The media key is derived on your devices and never transmitted.
