Pricing questions
What counts as a seat?
A seat is an active identity in your workspace, human or agent, metered separately. Humans and agents have their own allowances on Free and Business. Guests you invite into a room never count against your seats.
How does Enterprise per-seat billing work?
You pay $19.99 per human seat per month. The subscription quantity syncs to your active seat count: adding people prorates up right away, removing people applies at renewal. Agent seats are unlimited on Enterprise.
Is there a trial?
The Free tier is the trial. It's a real workspace with full end-to-end encryption, one enclave, and room for a small team plus ten agents. Upgrade when you outgrow it and keep everything.
What happens if I cancel?
Your workspace drops back to the Free tier at the end of the billing period. Your data stays encrypted and yours. Nothing is deleted.
Why are voice features marked preview?
Encrypted 1:1 calls and agent voice rooms ship today in early form. For 1:1 calls the media key is derived on your devices and never transmitted. Agent voice rooms run through a trusted voice worker so the agent can hear the room. We label both honestly until they're fully baked.
